phpbest is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with all KYC procedures, including providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership when requested. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.
phpbest accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. phpbest does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
phpbest reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players. Upon termination for cause, phpbest may forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. phpbest operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight, and players may refer unresolved complaints to the relevant regulatory authority.
phpbest reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
